The clients were a young professional couple who had purchased a raw loft in Tribeca, NY. They wanted a modern, cool interior on a tight budget. Working with Moneo-Brock Studio, we used inexpensive but stylish finish materials with custom detailing to achieve an open, warm loft filled with light.
