Coordination and management of design team and consultants through all phases of design and construction.
Robert Siegel Architects - New York NY, 2011 & 2013 (Architectural Consultant) Served as architect’s site representative for the renovation of The School of Visual Arts at SUNY Purchase. Coordinated Contract Administration for the SUCF. Also developed construction documents and details for the U.S. Land Port of Entry in Van Buren, ME.
Steven Learner Studio - New York NY, 2007-2009 (Project Architect/Project Manager) Directed design team and coordinated consultants from schematics through construction. Work included the design of a 12,000 sf. private art gallery and a separate 3.000 sf. pool-house and library.
Rafael Moneo Architect - Madrid, Spain, 1990-1992 (Architect) and New York, NY, 1999 Worked on design of winning entry for the Modern Museum of Art and Architecture in Stockholm. Developed design and construction details for the Miro Museum in Mallorca, the Barcelona Auditorium, and the San Sebastian Cultural Center, El Kursaal. Work also included various construction details for the Spanish Embassy in Washington, D.C.
Rockwell Group - New York NY, 1995-1996 (Project Architect/Project Manager) Led and managed team of designers and consultants on branded commercial projects in New York City. Projects included Nobu Next Door Restaurant and other high end interior designs.
Pei Cobb Freed & Partners - New York NY, 1994-1995 (Architect) Worked on design of large corporate headquarters in Amsterdam and an office tower in Bangkok. Generated construction documents and created three-dimensional models in AutoCad.
J.P. Molynuex Studio - New York NY, 1993-1994 (Project Architect) Designed and managed construction of a Manhattan residential project and a 10,000 square foot private residence in Washington, D. C.

Mountain House - Andover VT, Completed 2006 (4,000 sf.) Remotely sited modern house that utilizes sustainable design principles and cutting edge technologies to achieve a super-tight, passive/active solar, glass and wood home.
Private Residence - Katonah NY, Completed 2003 (3,800 sf.) A composition of concrete and wood boxes creates an elegant residence and guest house.
Park Ave. Penthouse - New York NY, Completed 1998 (2,200 sf.) Complete renovation of penthouse apartment and roof patio for a private art collector.
